The modern apartment with a size of 78 m2 is ideal for couples with children. One of the bedrooms counts with a double bed, the second one is equipped with 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabin.
The apartment is located on the 3th floor; there is an elevator in the building. Enjoy a large breakfast or a pleasant dinner on the terrace with a size of 8m2, accompanied by awesome views over the ocean and the sea promenade of Can Picafort. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs for up to 4 persons. In the living room with its modern sofa you will pass a pleasant time reading a good book or just enjoy your free time. There is no air conditioning in the accommodation, but we are pleased to supply fans – please ask before.
The open-plan kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, refrigerator-freezer and much more. Of course there is also a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an iron board. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs. The whole apartment is very modern. Pets are not allowed.
The location of the apartment is perfect because you have everything you may need in walking distance: the sand beach, a big variety of restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy, drug stores, shops, supermarkets, bars, a taxi rank, a medical center and the bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Palma. The fine grained sand beach is only 10 meters away from the apartment; you just have to cross the sea promenade. The beach is perfect for toddlers because the swell is moderate and the beach slopes down gently into the water.
In Can Picafort you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and typical Majorcan cuisine. If you feel a bit hungry, the numerous snack bars offer sandwiches, hamburgers and salads. For your coffee or tea break you will find lots of cafeterias on the promenade. There are also lots of shops there; beside shops for clothes, shoes and souvenirs you will easily find big and small supermarkets for grocery shopping. The next big supermarkets are located on the main road direction Puerto de Alcúdia or the other side to Son Serra de Marina. You will find also 2 gas stations there.
By car or bus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. Lots of small bars and good restaurants invite you to stop off for a coffee or a snack and take it all in. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Don’t forget to visit the Roman Ruins including a villa, a bull-ring and an amphitheatre.
Bauló offers a home away from home, with a Mediterranean flair in one of the nicest and most visited zones of Mallorca. Don't spend your holidays somewhere - make your holidays an unforgettable experience!

We were five persons and stayed for one week.
This apartment is located in a calm environment. Additional big points were that you can park your car nearby, the grocery is just around the corner (2 minutes to walk), the app. is clean and a big kitchen with all the needed utensils is provided.If you'd like to rent a bike there is also a big bike rental shop nearby.
In the end, we like to thank you for the good service before and during our stay as well!
Our stay at the Finca GALERA-0298 was wonderful. The house is tastefully decorated, everything was clean, the keys was also problematic. The view from the windows of the mountain panorama is truly impressive. All highly recommended.
Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca GALERA-0298 war wunderbar. Die Finca ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles war sauber, die Schlüsselübergabe war ebenfalls unproblematisch. Der Blick aus den Fenstern auf das Bergpanorama ist wirklich beeindruckend. Alles sehr empfehlenswert.

The Apartment is just great. The interior is luxuriously furnished and functional. Two bathrooms: for parents next to the bedrooms and a bathroom for children. The landlady is very nice and helpful. The parking is provided in front of the house. From the airport 10 minutes away: very practical. It is very centrally located, so you can move in a few minutes via highway in all directions. The holiday was very nice and we felt like home. Many Thanks!
Die Unterkunftswohnung ist einfach Spitze. Die Einrichtung ist luxeriös und praktisch eingerichtet. Zwei Bäder: für Eltern direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer und ein Bad für Kinder. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist direkt vor dem Haus gegeben. Vom Flughafen 10 Minuten entfernt: sehr praktisch. Man ist hier sehr zentral, so dass man sich in wenigen Minuten via Autobahn in alle Richtungen bewegen kann. Der Urlaub war sehr schön und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
Very nice well-kept house, the garden is fantastic and the owners are very friendly. There you can completely relax and enjoy the tranquility.
Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus, der Garten ist traumhaft und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Dort kann man komplett entspannen und die Ruhe genießen.
