The location of the apartment offers great views of city park. Illescas The street is only 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment and offers a wide variety of possibilities: supermarkets, banks, shops, bars and restaurants. Other attractions near the apartment are: Zoo, Amusement Park of Madrid, Aeronautical Museum, Casa de Campo (urban park), Hospital Gómez Ulla, Madrid Snow Zone (Xanadu, open 365 days a year).
The house is accessed through a small hall that allows the transition from outside to the kitchen and lounge. The access door is wood, and has reinforced security lock.
The kitchen is independent and newly remodeled. It has a fire zone on one front ceramic hob with four rings, oven and microwave, both equipped with grill, plus cooker hood brand new.
On the opposite front has an area of cold water and equipped with stainless steel sink, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
This equipment is complemented by upper and lower cupboards in the large-capacity washer that is integrated and drawers to support the fire zone. It also has a foldable table that can be used to support the overall counter or even to eat.
From the kitchen itself is accessed where a clothesline is located auxiliary boiler heating (sealed and brand new), clean utensils and a desktop board. The outdoor area has clothesline for drying clothes.
