All in all very positive! Expiration of the keys to the flat, everything went very well. The apartment is clean and in good condition! It is available to cater for all to yourself The only "downside" is that the apartment is noisy, which made me personally did not really care, and when an old building is normal too!
Alles in allem sehr positiv!
We did enjoy our stay in this flat very much. It was very cosy and charming. No disturbing noices from outside during night. All the equipment worked good and linen and tovels were in place.
Sure, the floor was a bit asqew and squeaked when walking around, but that we thought was a bit of its charm during these five days we stayed.
And, just a tip, at the end on our street, there was this bakery where they sold very very tasty baguettes!
totally recommend you to stay here!
We were three and we had a pleasant stay. Everything is almost, comfortable bedding, bathroom / wc small. The big +: ideally located in Paris (50 m Republique Metro station), lively.
Nous étions 3 et nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Tout y est ou presque, literie confortable, salle d'eau/wc petite. Le gros + : idéalement situé dans Paris (à 50 m station de métro République), quartier animé.
We liked the apartment and had a nice stay but the bed and the sofabed were awful to sleep in!.They were both partly broken. Please change them.

Good position, near to shops and facilities. Great communication with the owners.
good location and environment, despite obligatory cleaning fee inadequate cleanliness and unappetizing (layer of dust everywhere, mold on bathroom ceiling)
gute Lage und Umgebung
trotz obligater Reinigungsgebühr unzureichende Sauberkeit und unappetitlich( überall Staubschicht, Schimmel an Decke im Bad)
This place was small but more than adequate for us (family of four - 2 children ages 9 & 11). Only about 5 mins walk from the Louvre, the location was perfect for lots of sight-seeing. We didn't spend much time there - left early morning and returned after dinner each day, so the small size of the apartment really didn't matter.
The place was clean, tidy, functional - could do with a little TLC (peeling paint, dripping water, cracked plaster), but the value for money couldn't be beat.
If you're looking for luxury accommodation - this place isn't for you; if you just need a place to crash between lots of sight-seeing - I highly recommend it.
There were some problems with electricity and we couldn't get into apartment when we first time came because there is a PIN code to open doors. I had to call my host to ask for help but unfortunately we had to wait until engineers fix that problem. There was also some problem with hot water which was unavailable in the evening time and we had to use a next door flat shower.
