The house, is on an 800 sq. metre block of land on a beautiful tree lined street in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. It is a short 300 meter stroll to a great beach. It is 400 meters to Henley Square shopping and entertainment precinct, with cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops and a supermarket with a huge range of delicious products.

Queen size bed with quality mattress and linen in master bedroom. This bedroom adjoins the living room and becomes a fully private space by closing the sliding non-see through glass doors. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single antique Mahogany beds with new mattresses. This room is large private and quiet.
The kitchen has everything you need to cover all your cooking needs. All plates, cutlery, utensils etc. are practical and tasteful. All electric appliances are in great condition and easy to use. There is a gas BBQ to enjoy outdoor meals in the big back yard.
All linen including bath and beach towels are provided. Extra futons and pillows are included to create the comfort you like.
Completely set up with extras including a clothes dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board etc.
Convenient public transport. Various bus routes can take you to the city (10km), Glenelg (6 km), West Lakes (4 km), and Harbour Town outlet shopping plaza (4km).
