It is a 40 m2 apartment on a first floor with a room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. There is a spacious and well lighted living room furnished with two comfortable sofas where you will be able to relax, surf the Internet (WIFI) and watch TV or a DVD. There is a really nice iron and glass table and chairs for 4 people.
The cosy kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: microwave, toaster, coffee machine, vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, etc. You will find as well washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please mind that pets are not allowed.
Pollença is one of the most beautiful villages in northern Mallorca. It was one of the favourite places for painters and artists to settle in the island. Pollença invites you enjoying summer nights with its history, narrow streets and old traditions, there are also concerts around town, art exhibitions, bars, shops and restaurants in the main square with open air terraces that are always bustling. The most well-known sightseeing spots in Pollença are the roman bridge and the Calvari, which is a tiny church on the top of a hill in the middle of Pollença. You have to climb up 365 steps to get there but the views are really worth it!
In a 15 minute drive you can quickly get to the beaches of Port de Pollença, Cala Sant Vicens and Formentor. All those are fine grained sand beaches with crystal clear waters and not really deep waters, what make them perfect for children. You can also join many sports and activities such as sailing, kayaking, diving or fishing. There is also the marina, where you will see all the luxury yachts and the colourful and tiny fishing boats from the locals. In the sea promenade you can delight yourself with the wonderful views from the bay while having a drink in one of the many cafes or restaurants you can find there.
Pollença and Port de Pollença offer many shops with different kinds of local and hand made products. On Sundays there is market in Pollença and on Wednesdays in Port de Pollença, where you can get to know the locals.
Nearby the town there is Pollença Golf course which is a 9 holes course and offers the possibility of hiring rental balls and clubs. It also counts with a restaurant where the non-golfers are also welcome and a swimming pool. There is also a golf teacher who organizes classes and tournaments regularly.
This apartment is a home away from home, with a rustic flair but very cosy at the same time in one of the nicest and most peaceful zones of Mallorca. Don't spend your holidays anywhere - make your holidays an unforgettable experience!

Ahead of a good exchange of e-mail took place ..... the flight arrivals and demand additional radiators. Also us a precise road map was sent ....
We were also incidentally wohnte- received as announced by the Besitzerin- downstairs on time and taken to the apartment.
The apartment was clean and functional.
The sandy beach is about 15 minutes ..... shopping abundant re ... Etorki supermarket about 10 minutes .... super bus ...
The view from the balcony in the morning with a coffee cup pure wonderful vacation ..... .....
A small limitation is the steady air traffic ..... and related ANEs ..... it have to get used first .... I learned to appreciate my earplugs .... because I am very sensitive to noise ...
This object but I can with a clear conscience and a great vacation is guaranteed ..
The island is just fantastic ...
Im Vorfeld fand ein guter Austausch über E-Mail statt.....die Flugankunftszeiten und Nachfrage auf zusätzliche Heizkörper. Ebenfalls wurde uns eine genaue Straßenkarte geschickt....
Wir wurden auch wie angekündigt von der Besitzerin- die übrigens im Erdgeschoss wohnte- pünktlich empfangen und in der Wohnung eingewiesen.
Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Zum Sandstrand sind es ca. 15 Gehminuten.....Einkaufsmöglichkeiten reichlich umzu...Supermarkt Etorki ca 10 Gehminuten....super Busverbindung...
Der Ausblick vom Balkon am Morgen bei einem Kaffee Becher wunderbar.....Urlaub pur.....
Eine kleine Einschränkung ist der stetige Flugverkehr .....und damit verbundene Fluggeräusche.....daran muss man sich erstmal gewöhnen....ich habe meine Ohrenstöpsel zu schätzen gelernt....da ich sehr Geräuschempfindlich bin...
Diese Objekt kann ich aber mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und ein schöner Urlaub ist garantiert..
Die Insel ist einfach phantastisch...
Sa Xalada house is cozy and nicely restored in the old town of Ciutadella. It's fantastic alleys of Ciutadella, admire the houses ... and enter one of them.
Sa Xalada és una casa molt ben rehabilitada i acollidora en ple casc antic de Ciutadella. És fantàstic passejar pels carrerons de Ciutadella, admirar-ne les cases...i entrar en una d'elles.
We were five persons and stayed for one week.
This apartment is located in a calm environment. Additional big points were that you can park your car nearby, the grocery is just around the corner (2 minutes to walk), the app. is clean and a big kitchen with all the needed utensils is provided.If you'd like to rent a bike there is also a big bike rental shop nearby.
In the end, we like to thank you for the good service before and during our stay as well!
Our stay at the Finca GALERA-0298 was wonderful. The house is tastefully decorated, everything was clean, the keys was also problematic. The view from the windows of the mountain panorama is truly impressive. All highly recommended.
Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca GALERA-0298 war wunderbar. Die Finca ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles war sauber, die Schlüsselübergabe war ebenfalls unproblematisch. Der Blick aus den Fenstern auf das Bergpanorama ist wirklich beeindruckend. Alles sehr empfehlenswert.

The Apartment is just great. The interior is luxuriously furnished and functional. Two bathrooms: for parents next to the bedrooms and a bathroom for children. The landlady is very nice and helpful. The parking is provided in front of the house. From the airport 10 minutes away: very practical. It is very centrally located, so you can move in a few minutes via highway in all directions. The holiday was very nice and we felt like home. Many Thanks!
Die Unterkunftswohnung ist einfach Spitze. Die Einrichtung ist luxeriös und praktisch eingerichtet. Zwei Bäder: für Eltern direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer und ein Bad für Kinder. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist direkt vor dem Haus gegeben. Vom Flughafen 10 Minuten entfernt: sehr praktisch. Man ist hier sehr zentral, so dass man sich in wenigen Minuten via Autobahn in alle Richtungen bewegen kann. Der Urlaub war sehr schön und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
Very nice well-kept house, the garden is fantastic and the owners are very friendly. There you can completely relax and enjoy the tranquility.
