The Plaça Espanya A apartment has a large and attractive terrace of 35m2 and it is fantastic to welcome groups up to 10 people. The terrace is an idyllic place to unwind and take advantage of the good weather of Barcelona, whether taking a vermouth or making a rest area. All with the advantage of intimacy, feeling like you are home. Redecorated on November 2016.
This property is located on the ground floor of a building with lift and has 130m2 of living space, not counting the terrace. It is distributed in 3 different levels. On the first level there is a spacious living room decorated with floating lamps and has TV, sofa and stools, where you can relax. Here you will also find a spacious dining room with a large table up to 10 people.
The kitchen is open to the dining room and features a refrigerator, oven, extractor, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and all necessary utensils for cooking and eating. All with direct access to the terrace, this makes it a perfect connection place. In this same level is the guest bathroom.
On the lower level there is a cozy space with two completely separate rooms thanks to a sliding door, which will provide the necessary privacy. We find here a practical double bed sofa and two sofa beds to rest comfortably four people. This level has a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
The upper level is divided into two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and the second has a bed and a sofa bed. This level also has a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
The apartment is reviewed periodically, especially the dishes and utensils, so that everything is in perfect condition and nothing is missing. In case you need something, you just have to call and I'll take you.
Plaça Espanya A is located less than 10 minutes from Plaza Spain and 300m from the subway stop Hostafrancs (L1), which connects to all major points of the city. In addition, Sants Station is 5-minute walk from the apartment, where trains to operate to various parts of Catalonia, Spain and France.

To avoid unnecessary delays, you should call the contact person from the airport or when you are 20 miles away from the city by car, to confirm the exact time of check-in. At check-in you must submit photocopies of passports or photo ID of all adult occupants staying in the apartment. At check-in you must pay all amounts in cash (Deposit + Tourist Tax), in case you need to make a card payment you should request this prior to arrival.
The owner usually does not rent to groups where all members are less than 25 years old. Please respect the neighbors, no noise after 21.00. This apartment does not allow noisy parties, severe charges will be applied if guests do not respect this rule . Non-smokers apartment. Check security deposit and tourist tax with owner. Pets are not permitted.

Buen apartamento y cerca de la Rambla.

Apartamento muy cómodo y céntrico con todo lo indispensable para pasar unas vacaciones increíbles,Francisco como siempre muy atento y dispuesto a solucionarlo todo,siempre que vuelva a barcelona ire a sus apartamentos.

Hice la reserva en primer lugar de un piso para una familia, semana antes del viaje me llaman que ese piso no esta disponible y me ofrecen otro el cual estaba bastante bien. Días antes recibo un correo donde me suben la fianza deposito del piso y si no acepto la reserva sera cancelada. Se imaginaran que aun par de días antes del viaje con una familia de 9 personas no tuve otra opción que aceptar pero me pareció bastante mal.
En relación a la entrega de las llaves y la ubicación esta bastante bien. El piso necesita un cariño en relación a la pintura y el aspecto en general de los baños y las áreas comunes. Es amplio y para una familia esta bien.

I recommend for the professionalism
We got off to a bad start with Francisco when we checked in and did not have copies of our passports as required. (There is a Western Union office around the corner if anyone needs copying services). The apartment is close to the Metro Red Line (2 blocks). Very easy to walk to the main sites of Barcelona. Market very convenient-across the street. The neighborhood has good restaurants. The apartment was okay; not "luxurious". The furnishings were stained and worn. Only 2 air conditioning units in the apartment which were adequate for the shared spaces, but did not cool the bedrooms. The retail unit below the apartment was under construction; we were awakened every morning at 7:30 to construction noise. Francisco did not disclose this information at the time of our reservation. We may have chosen a different apartment.
Perfect location, nice apartment! This apartment is situated in a small little street without traffic. The supermarket is in the building right opposite. Two metro stations of two different lines are onliy a few steps away. Placa d'espanya is also in walking distance. A parking garage is next door. The apartment is spacious, beds are nice, there are enough towels, all furniture is IKEA style. Large dining table and kitchen. There might be some improvement in regard to kitchen tools - bowls for cereal, a cutting board, a salad bowl and more cleaning equipment than just one broom would be useful for example. Cleanliness was only moderate. All in all a very good place to stay in Barcelona for three or four persons.
Die Lage ist sehr gut! Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür. Zwei Metrostationen keine 500 meter weit weg.
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert.
Die Wohnung ist schön groß! Es gibt zwei Badezimmer mit Toiletten und noch eine extra Toilette. Es fehlen nur ein bisschen Möglichkeiten die Handtücher zum trocknen aufzuhängen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, nur eine Spülmaschine fehlt.
Die Terasse ist auch ganz toll, leider darf man da nicht grillen und ab 21 Uhr sollte man leise sein, da sich sonst die Nachbarn beschweren.
Also wenn man feiern möchte abends, lieber ausserhalb ;)
Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung weiter empfehlen !
